BLS - EMT Refresher

Jet ExtricationThis is a 24 hour class that is taught over a 3 day period, with skills competencies on the 4th day. The class is presented to students in a user-friendly format that is predicated with a pre-test. We use a multimedia format during lecture, which helps the students to interact with the instructor. The pre-test is graded in class (interactively) and helps the students to determine which topics need the most attention to maximize their learning experience. Students will receive 24 hours of Continuing Education upon successful completion of the class, which includes the post-test.

  • Soft Tissue Emergencies
  • Musculo-skeletal Emergencies
  • Obstetrical Emergencies
  • The text book for this class is the Jones & Bartlett, Seventh Edition, AAOS, "EMT Refresher." Course materials are available for those students who are testing. Guided notes are included with class tuition.
