ABOUT SSL CERTIFICATES

This is an American Heart Association PALS Provider/Renewal class. The class is held over 2 days, 8 hours per day. The Renewal class is incorporated into the second day of the Provider class. A packet will be sent to you with the necessary class materials prior to the class and review of the material is recommended. All skills stations are taught in the classroom as well as testing, e.g., airway, mega code, etc. The written PALS final exam is proctored in the classroom as well. The preparation for the class prior to attempting completion is mandatory for successful completion.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association and any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the Association.

Students will receive 16 hours of CE for the full class and 8 hours for the refresher class.
